I can describe Richard with so many words but to make it short I will pick a few. Family: Richard introduced himself and created such positive energy that made him feel like family to us. Knowledgeable: Richard is at another level as an agent. He is not only an agent but his knowledge on construction makes him top notch and not to mention his fast research on a home. He is so fast at his research getting down to the small things that makes me comfortable when he is helping us. And lastly, Care: Richard expresses care each and every time we talk to him and that is something you don't get much these days. He will stick around and keep caring even af...

I worked with Richard on the buyer side of a fixer home that required a renovation loan program. Richard was always positive, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His calm, proactive demeanor was critical to our smooth and timely closing. Alan W.

We had a great experience with Richard, JJ and the whole team. They made a potentially stressful and overwhelming process smooth and easy. Communication throughout the homebuying process was excellent and all of our questions were answered expediently and thoroughly. This was especially important as we were buying a home over the holiday season. They have been there for us at the drop of a hat not only during the buying process, but have been available ever since then for advice and consultation. I highly recommend Richard, JJ and the whole team.

I’ve worked with Richard on multiple occasions and he is extremely professional and thorough. He knows his craft inside and out and makes the process very smooth. He is an excellent communicator. I know if I don’t reach him immediately he will call back within minutes. He sold one of my properties for $350,000 more than a similar property in my neighborhood had recorded just three weeks prior. I couldn’t believe it. Use his services!

Rich recently helped us fulfill our dream of owning a second home in Hawaii. His real estate expertise, knowledge of the market and focus on the best interests of his client are excellent. He went above and beyond to help us make this dream come true. He even did a virtual showing for us as the market moved quickly. We trusted his opinion and thus bought our condo sight unseen. We are very happy with the results. We’d highly recommend him to anyone seeking or selling a home on Oahu.

Richard was very professional and knowledgeable during the transition from renting to buying a property in Oahu. Having been a former marine looking for a property here can be overwhelming. The whole process was great and in in the few years my wife and I have lived here the property has already gained in value. If I have to buy or sell any property in the future he will be the one to represent me.

Rich was detail oriented and client focused throughout the entire deal. His expertise in both real estate and construction were helpful in understanding many aspects of the buying process. Communication was thorough, and he is quick to reply, always making sure to break down what was happening so it was easier to understand as a client. Would definitely use again, and would recommend without hesitation!

Dee was the best to work with. She was in constant contact through the whole process, and she really listened to all my concerns. We had our initial meeting, and I explained my situation to her. After listening to my situation, she offered some solutions and she wanted to know my goals and endgame. My situation was a little difficult to navigate but she made the whole thing as less stressful as possible. She brought me moving boxes, tape, and most importantly she offered a listening ear and words of encouragement. Dee coordinated the repairs my condo needed so I didn't have to find my own repair company. Total life saver and time saver! As we neared...
