A recent addition to the Hawaii Real Estate Community, John is a practicing attorney with a wealth of specialized knowledge in the field. John comes from a mainland law firm that specializes in Real Estate, Title, and Business law for clients both in the US and International. With this unique skill set, John brings to the team a level of experience in contracts, negotiations, zoning law and Title disputes that you won't be able to find easily in another Hawaii Brokerage.
Additionally, John serves as a Human Resources Specialist in the United States Army Reserve. His training in this field makes him a subject matter expert on Veterans Benefits, to include the VA Loan.
When working with John, you can expect and rely on the dependability of someone with over 24 years of military service. Originally From Detroit Michigan, John's higher education has been split between Michigan and Hawaii. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from Oakland University in Rochester Michigan, a Master of Arts (Communications) from Hawaii Pacific University, and a Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University School of Law.
In his free time John enjoys hiking, scuba diving and exploring new dining experiences in both Honolulu and Japan.
